Day 20

 Day 20 20th January, 2025 Woke up and got ready. Woke up a little late. I don't know why I am feeling a little tired since yesterday. I feel it could be the dance workout. I am not used to it. But I slept well. Probably I have to keep doing such activities to make it a habit. Did my thing and left for Third Wave coffee. I also had to buy my coffee for home  as I had run out. Did my smoothie and everything and went to third wave. Today was Raghav Bhaiya's new office opening as well. It is another Indiqube. I did my work till lunch time. I had lunch in TWC itself. I ate a Paneer Tikka Sandwich. I wanted to gift them something nice. So I bought a bottle of Glenfeditch 12 years, and a bonsai plant. I went for the opening. After that I was asked to sta yand that we would party in the evening so I stayed back and did little work and a few phone calls. Day 19

 Day 19 19th January, 2025 Woke up a little early. Woke up by 6:30-ish. Spent some time in bed and motivated myself to go to Cult for an early class. Booked a Dance Fitness class and went for the 7:30AM class. Best decision ever. Most of my day's goals were covered and I felt nice, Very good cardio. Came back and took a bath and did my breakfast and everything. Raghav bhaiya had invited us for breakfast so I decided to have my smoothie, coffee, amla juice and warm water before going there.  We went to Raghav Bhaiya's and I ate one dhokla and one roti with green chana sabzi and aloo sabzi. I left for home at around 12:30 ish. Was feeling evry low on energy. I mostly used my phone lazing on a Sunday. Guilty. Mummy Papa and Disha had gone with Raghav Bhaiya to see the Lodha flat and then they went somewhere to taste some idli. When they came back, I stayed in my bed for the most time. Day 18

 Day 18 18th January, 2025 Woke up at 8-ish. Did the usual morning routine. I found a piece of hair in my Akshayakalpa yogurt and I complained to them and FSSAI. They were offering a free stay to take back the complaint. I found out my attempt for saying the longest Om World Record was claimed y someone else in November for 50 seconds. I have planned to go over that tomorrow. I did some work on my laptop. We had planned to go to Phurr for dinner. Divit had come over. Lunch was dal chawal dry sabzi. Disha told me to order paneer. I ate paneer as well. I went for Yoga at 4:30 PM. Came back. I realised that eatingthese thick gravies are unhealthy and full of fat. I felt it while doing yoga that this isn't the best food for feeling healthy. Once in a while (maybe twice a month) is fine. I came back. I had already reserved a table at Phurr. Day 17

 Day 17 17th January, 2025 Woke up by 8:30am-ish. Di my morning routine and got ready by 10-10:30am. I worked on a number of things. My meeting at Neemsi was scheduled at 6PM. I sent a proposal for PRM's new mall in Malda. I will need to get that work including the website. That will be a good win. PRM Malls is needed. I will also put my hear and soul into it. I did work calls and some work. I have a to-do list ready. Making a to-do list is half the battle won. But, to-do lists are more focused on fire fighting. I need to make more habits. Let's discuss a few good habits I have already made: 1. Clean eating mostly 2. Clean and healthy breakfast 3. No smoking 4. Burning at least 600 active kcals everyday Good habits that I should develop: 1. HIIT workouts 2. Morning routine to have meditation(no compromise) 3. Daily Reels posting 4. Day 16

 Day 16 16th January, 2025 Woke up at about 7:30 AM. Spent time with parents. Raghav Bhaiya had come to meet Mummy Papa. Got ready. Did my warm water with chia and lime and my smoothie. Today I had smoothie with Pomegranate. Eventually got to work. The task list I had made last night really helped. I worked on some. Neemsi also confirmed and we shared the agreement. I went for Yoga at 5:30 PM. I had planned to go take everyone for dinner but then ended up getting it cooked at home. Disha ordered pizza for herself and I went for dinner with Madhav where I ate 2 phulkas and panner. Mummy papa are feeling the wind very chilly here. I think they will get used to pretty soon. First deal after coming here is confirmed. I want to now try other brands like Skygarden Koramangala. I will try meeting the founder.

Day 15

 Day 15 15th January, 2025 Mummy Papa are coming today. I woke up. Did my thing. Got ready. Almost closure for Neemsi received. Mummy Papa came. I had booked a taxi.  Rahul - Things will be amazing. Just stay at it. Don't ever believe anything but that you will be amazing and great. The Gods are watching. They will do what they want. They will keep you the way they want. But to show them I am good enough and to show them I am worthy is my thing. Mummy Papa came and we showed them the house. Yashi had sent Momos and I send some to Madhav and Raghav's house. Neha Ji with Vedu had come down. I then went for Yoga (after a long break). I realised I am not doing it as well as I used to. I really love Yoga. It energises me and makes me feel good. I need some yoga wear and sports wear. Will buy in a day or 2. Also, have to plan blood tests for all. I cam back. Then Kusum Bhuaji and Lovely Bhaiya had come.  Day 14 14th January 2025 Makar Sakranti! We had an invite for Raghav Bhaiya's house. Jyoti Bhabhi really loves such festivals. Disha and I woke up and we prepped for Makar Sakranti. Disha had already gotten Ghewar last night.  We were late as per the time given for the invite. I was a little unhappy with Disha because I felt she should have maintained time. We had a minor tussle.  Raghav Bhaiya's place was fun. Great food. Good laughs. Spending time with the kids is amazing. From there, I decided to go to Third Wave and told Madhav to drop me. Took our respective office bags and then left for Third Wave. I worked there till 5:15-ish. Then I walked home arranging 100 rupee notes on the way. Disha needed 14 and I could manage 11. Then we had a dinner planned at The Bangalore Cafe. Madhav came down and we chilled for a bit. Then we left for The Bangalore Cafe. The soup was amazing.  Day 13 13th January, 2025 Woke up. The usual. Missed meditation. Some things are not going as planned. I left for Neemsi at about 11:25-ish. We shot there with Hiten and his girlfriend (probably) - Bhumi for almost 3-4 hours. We were not too confident about the photos. I cam back a little dissapointed. I did not have lunch. Disha and I both went upstairs to meet Vedu. We put the curtains also in the living room. Then Disha had to buy clothes for the kids for Makar Sakranti so she left for Forum Falcon Mall (she had informed some other place while leaving). She came quite late. By then, I had gotten the dinner made and even eaten. My breakfast, food and everything is correct so far. It was a decent day.

 Day 12 12th January, 2025 Woke up at 8 am-ish. Woke up with aches and pains because of cricket yesterday. This will remain for a few days until I am regularly active. My protein intake also yesterday was pretty low.  I had my warm water with chia and lemon juice. I freshened up. I then made my smoothie - bery high in protein with 41 grams protein. I was very full. The first half of the day was very lazy. I lied in the sun on my yoga mat making a list of things I have to do and watching reels. My first half of the day was watching reels mostly. Then I got a little panicked at 2:25 PM. I took a bath quickly and had lu nch.  I took a shower and quickly had lunch. I also did 40 half pushups after my shower.  I made a yearly budget and then we left for Prachi Didi's place. I had already planned shoot for Neemsi with Hiten, Kushal's friend. We spent time there. Day 11

 Day 11 11th January, 2025 Woke up early morning to see off Mummy Ji and Papa Ji. I had already booked the cab. Then I lied down for a few minutes and then got ready because Raghav Bhaiya and I had planned cricket. We went to play cricket. I batted really well and I was very happy. All my exercise rings were also closed. Then we went to have breakfast where I ate No oil no ghee millet dosa, filter coffee with very minimal jaggery and one thatte idli. I got Masala Dosa packed for Disha and came home. Then I got ready and I worked on the laptop for 15 minutes before we left for Kusum Bhuaji's house. We bought 5 kilos oranges and we went. Chacha chachi were also supposed to come. I really had fun talking about family and Dadaji. I have never seen my Dadaji and I miss that. Lunch was simple with little aloo, little rice, dal, papad, some salad, palak corn and green chutney. We then came back home.  Day 10 10th January, 2025 We woke up. I got ready quickly. I meditated without any guidance in the room lawn and it was blissful. I had a nice cup of lavazza coffee with the capsule machine. Then we went to the restaurant for breakfast. I ate super healthy with scrabled eggs with 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg sunny side up. The I ate a good amount of salad. One idli. carrot juice and a bowl of curd. I was very full. We left for Bangalore. I was happy I could do these for Mummy Ji and Papa Ji. We had nariyal pani on the way and we went directly to Neemsi. I am bullish and hopeful to work for Neemsi. We ate mix veg (Veg Parda), Paneer Chilly, Dal, Rice and also talked to the owner. The owner actually didn't charge me. Very sweet. We then went home. Mummy Ji and Disha got down outside the apartment to go to DMart. We had dinner planned for the night at Raghav Bhaiya's place.  Day 9 9th January, 2025 We woke up and left for Chikmaglur by about 8 am. We had targeted 6:30 AM. We stopped at Kicchana Halli Mane which belonged to Karnataka's very famous actor Sudeep. I ate a no oil no ghee dosa. The car was extremely comfortable and we reached the hotel before lunch. We checked in. My in-laws and Disha really liked the hotel. The hotel had arranged a cake and a bottle of wine in MIL/FIL's room. They were happy. Then my FIL asked for a beer. Disha and I after a while moved to the restaurant. I also has a large gin and some grilled vegetables. Then Mummy/Papa came and we had dal, I had akki roti, panner and papad. We all then went to the room to rest. I couldn't sleep so I did some treadmill running in the gym and lifted weights for 5 mins. I came back. Woke up Disha and took a bath. Then all 4 of us went to the city to World of Coffee. Day 8

 Day 8 8th January, 2025 Woke up and everyone went to the hospital for other minor doctor stuff. I went directly to Nagarjuna for lunch with them. I had a morning call with Richuta where she taught me budgeting. Very insightful. After Nagarjuna, we went to JP Nagar to a bartan shop. I selected 3-4 items and remaining, I let them do it. Raghav bhaiya had a doctor consultation with Dr. PV Suresh in JP Nagar itself so I walked there and met them. Madhav and Jyoti Bhabhi were also there. I ate a chilli cheese sandwich also. Then I went back to the bartan shop and then all of us left for home. I did a run/wal;k for 15 minutes for 1.5 KMs at night. We were supposed to go for a night outside but due to the doctor thing and indecisiveness of where to go we couldn't. I went to Raghav Bhaiya's house before my walk and I had a drink and discussed where to go. I had finalised Chikmagluru and I booekd the taxi through Sathish. Day 7

 Day 7 7th January, 2025. Today is Papa's birthday.  Today was my mother-in-law's colonoscopy and endoscopy. My morning routine was as usual. I went to Fortis hospital with Mummy J iand Papa Ji while Disha was at home. I arranged everything for the test. Disha came. Papa Ji left for Bangalore Palace which we eventually found out was closed. During the test, Disha and I were at the hospital. Once the treatment was done, I left for Starbucks (400 metres from the hospital) to take an interview. Then I came back. Got the payment and everything done. My fatehr in law had also come by now. We then showed the diabetes doctor - Doctor Srinivas with the other test reports. Everything was okay for Mummy Ji except little thing. Her diabetes medicines also got changed so that she does not have gynaec issues. We then had lunch and I left. The rest of the 3 went to Vega City and some places. I went home and then went to yoga class at 6:30 PM. I walked for 2 kms. Came back and slept.

Day 6

 Day 6 6th January, 2025 Woke up at 7:30-ish. Today is hospital day. Had my warm water with lime honey and chia. Everybody left for Fortis. I came after sometime. Raghav bhaiya dropped me. My mother-in-law showed a gynaecologist and she was very satisfied. Dr. Gayatri Kamath told her that her diabetic medicines were reacting. Then we showed to Dr. Srinivas (endocrinologist) and he told us to get teats done. After some other doctors, I had lunch in the canteen. Then went home with my father-in-law. I rested for a bit and then went to my Yoga class. Disha and Mummy Ji showed the doctors and then came home. I went to Yoga class for 6:30 PM while Disha, Mummy Ji and Papa Ji went to Forum Falcon. I ate egg burji while returning. They reached a little before me. I ate steamed brocolli and also did some indoor walk. I had an online quiz from Bean Cult which Harsh was moderating. We won this quiz. I then also took a run in the night at 11 PM for 20 minutes for 1.5KM. Cam back and slept.

Day 5 5th January, 2025  Slept alone for the first time in this flat. Woke up at around 7:45 AM. Saw the Ind Vs Aus scores and India was not in a very good position but it could still turn around. Got up when the maid rung the doorbell. Had my warm water with lemon and honey. Told the maid to make dal and sabzi as my in laws were coming today. Took my yoga mat and stretched in the balcony and then meditated for 12 minutes. Got up. Was feeling not at top energy today. I made my smoothie with banana, dry fruits, blueberries, yogurt, pumpkin seeds and had it. Then also had my omega 3 and vitamin b supplements. Lazed around today being a Sunday. Had some coffee. Eventually took a bath and organised the house since my in laws were coming. Ate some matar sabzi. Then headed out to walk till 81 Cafe to eat chicken. I was really craving for it. Post that I walked till Third Wave to buy coffee satchets as I had run out. Then walked back till home - a total of about 3.5 KMS. I did this becaus...

Day 4

 Day 4 4th January, 2025 I woke up at 8AM-ish but woke from the bed by about 9AM. Drank my lemon, chia seeds and honey warm water. I then meditated for 12 minutes and then had my smoothie with blueberry, pumpkin seeds, dry fruits and yogurt. I had ordered a few things that were needed at home. I also ordered a pair of running shorts but it was a little tight. I took a bath and sit to work while watching Ind vs Aus. I then ate pomegranate and banana. Then I made Dal Khichdi. It was very yummy. Then I did some work and went for my 4:30PM Yoga at Cult. Came back, had green tea with lemon juice. Disha had left by now to meet Nehall and Meghana and she is staying over the night there. I was then at home and did a little work. Then the maid came in and I made palak paneer with her. Ate my dinner by 8PM. Then I left for a walk. I met Raghav bhaiya and we walked half a kilometre. After that I walked and ran more and I did a total of 5.76 KM. Came back, had my chamomile tea. Day 3

 Day 3 3rd January, 2025 Woke up tired and late since I slept very late. Woke up at 8 am but kept sleeping, waking up, using my phone and checking score for Ind Vs Aus 5th Test Day 1. Finally woke up a little late. Little bit of work here and there on the phone and then finally got ready at 1PM. Offered prayers. Made my blueberry smoothie like yesterday. It was wonderful with yogurt, cashew, almonds, walnuts, oats, pumpkin seeds and cinnamon powder. Started working. Did a little bit of work. I had a called with Siddharth in Bhubaneswar and he was closing a client. I had coffee during this call and then I started making lunch. I ordered Tortilla and paneer. I cooked bell peppers, panner and put it in tortilla wraps with cheese and mayonnaise. After that I spent a little time working. I left for yoga at 4:10 PM. Day 2

 Day 2 2nd January, 2025 After a good start on January 1st, today the daily routine was similar. I woke up, got my meditation done, got ready. Fixed a meeting with Neemsi at 12:30 PM. I went met Mr.Ehsaan there who is one of the founders. Really knowledgeable guy. I have to send him a proposal today but I couldn't because of guests at home. Sending on 2rd January. The meeting went well and he was happy. But, he has many other quotations also. Raghav bhaiya will be taking a train tonight and will be coming tomorrow morning. Today, my yoga class as Cult was at 5:30 PM. It was a different teacher and she was tough. She made us do a lot of things and it really was difficult but fulfilling. Post that I came back to my apartment and walked for a couple of kilometres. All rings were closed today as well on my apple watch. Kushal and Nidhi wanted to come home.  Day 1 1st January, 2025 Happy New Year! Finally 2024 is over. It was one of the worst years for me. Full of stress, anxiety and what not. But let's not talk about it. Let's talk about 2025. My New Year's Eve was at home in Bangalore with Disha. Yes I have moved to Bangalore finally with Disha. We have setup the house. We were supposed to go to party at a place called Mykos and then to Zo House with Kushal but we ditched both plans and decided to stay home. We drank and chilled and ate healthy-ish food at home and we slept late. I slept even later than Disha at probably 3:30-ish. I don't remember when I woke up but probably it was 8:30-ish. I had had a party smart last night and that is why I woke up with no hangover. I slept listening to Fred Again. I discovered Fred Again that very night. So I woke up.
