12th January, 2025
Woke up at 8 am-ish.
Woke up with aches and pains because of cricket yesterday. This will remain for a few days until I am regularly active. My protein intake also yesterday was pretty low.
I had my warm water with chia and lemon juice. I freshened up.
I then made my smoothie - bery high in protein with 41 grams protein. I was very full.
The first half of the day was very lazy. I lied in the sun on my yoga mat making a list of things I have to do and watching reels. My first half of the day was watching reels mostly.
Then I got a little panicked at 2:25 PM.
I took a bath quickly and had lunch. I took a shower and quickly had lunch. I also did 40 half pushups after my shower. I made a yearly budget and then we left for Prachi Didi's place. I had already planned shoot for Neemsi with Hiten, Kushal's friend.
We spent time there. It was very good meeting Chacha Chachi and others. Couldn't get a haircut today.
After Prachi Didi, we visited their Lohri exhibition in the apartment for sometime and then we left for dinner to Roxie. Loved the place. Food was yummy. I just had a beer and Disha had a cocktail.
I came back. Did some walk and reached my calorie goals as well.
It was a nice Sunday.
Things I couldn't do today:
1. Analyse company overalls
2. Bank statements and credit cards to use for different payments
3. Create backlinks for Sacred Heart
4. Arkedia's Future Marketing Plan in Bangalore
