Day 20

 Day 20 20th January, 2025 Woke up and got ready. Woke up a little late. I don't know why I am feeling a little tired since yesterday. I feel it could be the dance workout. I am not used to it. But I slept well. Probably I have to keep doing such activities to make it a habit. Did my thing and left for Third Wave coffee. I also had to buy my coffee for home  as I had run out. Did my smoothie and everything and went to third wave. Today was Raghav Bhaiya's new office opening as well. It is another Indiqube. I did my work till lunch time. I had lunch in TWC itself. I ate a Paneer Tikka Sandwich. I wanted to gift them something nice. So I bought a bottle of Glenfeditch 12 years, and a bonsai plant. I went for the opening. After that I was asked to sta yand that we would party in the evening so I stayed back and did little work and a few phone calls. Day 19

 Day 19 19th January, 2025 Woke up a little early. Woke up by 6:30-ish. Spent some time in bed and motivated myself to go to Cult for an early class. Booked a Dance Fitness class and went for the 7:30AM class. Best decision ever. Most of my day's goals were covered and I felt nice, Very good cardio. Came back and took a bath and did my breakfast and everything. Raghav bhaiya had invited us for breakfast so I decided to have my smoothie, coffee, amla juice and warm water before going there.  We went to Raghav Bhaiya's and I ate one dhokla and one roti with green chana sabzi and aloo sabzi. I left for home at around 12:30 ish. Was feeling evry low on energy. I mostly used my phone lazing on a Sunday. Guilty. Mummy Papa and Disha had gone with Raghav Bhaiya to see the Lodha flat and then they went somewhere to taste some idli. When they came back, I stayed in my bed for the most time. Day 18

 Day 18 18th January, 2025 Woke up at 8-ish. Did the usual morning routine. I found a piece of hair in my Akshayakalpa yogurt and I complained to them and FSSAI. They were offering a free stay to take back the complaint. I found out my attempt for saying the longest Om World Record was claimed y someone else in November for 50 seconds. I have planned to go over that tomorrow. I did some work on my laptop. We had planned to go to Phurr for dinner. Divit had come over. Lunch was dal chawal dry sabzi. Disha told me to order paneer. I ate paneer as well. I went for Yoga at 4:30 PM. Came back. I realised that eatingthese thick gravies are unhealthy and full of fat. I felt it while doing yoga that this isn't the best food for feeling healthy. Once in a while (maybe twice a month) is fine. I came back. I had already reserved a table at Phurr. Day 17

 Day 17 17th January, 2025 Woke up by 8:30am-ish. Di my morning routine and got ready by 10-10:30am. I worked on a number of things. My meeting at Neemsi was scheduled at 6PM. I sent a proposal for PRM's new mall in Malda. I will need to get that work including the website. That will be a good win. PRM Malls is needed. I will also put my hear and soul into it. I did work calls and some work. I have a to-do list ready. Making a to-do list is half the battle won. But, to-do lists are more focused on fire fighting. I need to make more habits. Let's discuss a few good habits I have already made: 1. Clean eating mostly 2. Clean and healthy breakfast 3. No smoking 4. Burning at least 600 active kcals everyday Good habits that I should develop: 1. HIIT workouts 2. Morning routine to have meditation(no compromise) 3. Daily Reels posting 4. Day 16

 Day 16 16th January, 2025 Woke up at about 7:30 AM. Spent time with parents. Raghav Bhaiya had come to meet Mummy Papa. Got ready. Did my warm water with chia and lime and my smoothie. Today I had smoothie with Pomegranate. Eventually got to work. The task list I had made last night really helped. I worked on some. Neemsi also confirmed and we shared the agreement. I went for Yoga at 5:30 PM. I had planned to go take everyone for dinner but then ended up getting it cooked at home. Disha ordered pizza for herself and I went for dinner with Madhav where I ate 2 phulkas and panner. Mummy papa are feeling the wind very chilly here. I think they will get used to pretty soon. First deal after coming here is confirmed. I want to now try other brands like Skygarden Koramangala. I will try meeting the founder.

Day 15

 Day 15 15th January, 2025 Mummy Papa are coming today. I woke up. Did my thing. Got ready. Almost closure for Neemsi received. Mummy Papa came. I had booked a taxi.  Rahul - Things will be amazing. Just stay at it. Don't ever believe anything but that you will be amazing and great. The Gods are watching. They will do what they want. They will keep you the way they want. But to show them I am good enough and to show them I am worthy is my thing. Mummy Papa came and we showed them the house. Yashi had sent Momos and I send some to Madhav and Raghav's house. Neha Ji with Vedu had come down. I then went for Yoga (after a long break). I realised I am not doing it as well as I used to. I really love Yoga. It energises me and makes me feel good.  Day 14 14th January 2025 Makar Sakranti! We had an invite for Raghav Bhaiya's house. Jyoti Bhabhi really loves such festivals. Disha and I woke up and we prepped for Makar Sakranti. Disha had already gotten Ghewar last night.  We were late as per the time given for the invite. I was a little unhappy with Disha because I felt she should have maintained time. We had a minor tussle.  Raghav Bhaiya's place was fun. Great food. Good laughs. Spending time with the kids is amazing. From there, I decided to go to Third Wave and told Madhav to drop me. Took our respective office bags and then left for Third Wave. I worked there till 5:15-ish. Then I walked home arranging 100 rupee notes on the way. Disha needed 14 and I could manage 11. Then we had a dinner planned at The Bangalore Cafe. Madhav came down and we chilled for a bit. Then we left for The Bangalore Cafe. The soup was amazing.
